CodeXDynamics provides services including but not limited to website development, UI/UX design, graphic design, branding, social media marketing, SEO, and digital strategy consulting. The specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be defined in written proposals or agreements shared with clients prior to project commencement.
All project discussions, approvals, and revisions must be communicated through agreed official channels (email or documented messaging platforms). Verbal approvals without written confirmation will not be considered binding.
A minimum advance payment is required before project initiation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Remaining balances must be cleared before final delivery, deployment, or file transfer. Delayed payments may result in paused work or additional late fees.
Revisions are limited to the number specified in the project agreement. Requests beyond the agreed scope will be treated as additional work and billed accordingly. Major structural or conceptual changes after approval may require a new agreement.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, login credentials, and required materials in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing information may affect project timelines.
Ownership of final deliverables will transfer to the client only after full payment has been received. CodeXDynamics retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information shared during the project unless required by law. Clients are also expected to respect proprietary methods and strategies shared by CodeXDynamics.
Due to the nature of digital services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to management approval.
If a project is canceled by the client after work has started, the advance payment will not be refunded. Additional charges may apply depending on completed work at the time of cancellation.
Projects may involve third-party tools, hosting providers, plugins, or APIs. CodeXDynamics is not responsible for issues arising from third-party services including downtime, policy changes, or technical failures.
CodeXDynamics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business interruption arising from use of our services.
All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific financial or performance results unless explicitly agreed in writing.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction where CodeXDynamics operates.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the effective date.
